The kit is intended for the qualitative detection of IgM antibodies to nine major pathogens of respiratory tract infections in human serum or plasma. Detectable pathogens include: Mycoplasma Pneumonia, Chlamydia Pneumonia, Influenza A, Influenza B, Parainfluenza Virus Type 1, 2 and 3, Respiratory Syncytial Virus, Adenovirus, Coxsackievirus Group B and Legionella Pneumophila Serum Type 1.
